No. There isn't anything special about this day. Well if there is, then I don't know about it. Haven't blogged in awhile so I decided to come online and put something up. It's really pissing off working away from the city, even more so if ur in Alibaug which has a beautiful beach. Work is moving slowly. Seems like a neverending project. We have a presentation to be made on Monday for which I need to have some substantial issues. Have a feeling that there's gonna be work over the weekend which sux. Mainly because my parents just got back from Patna and I wanted to spend the weekend in Pune with them. Am meeting them after almost 2 months. Maybe even more. What sux more is that my friends are gonna be having a ball this week - dinner at a friend's place today, rock show tomorrow and partying on Friday. Ok...lets try and think of one good think about dolvi.....uhhhhh...damnit they don't even get Bombay Times here.

Anyways lets see...things can only get better..Insha Allah

i'm not irresponsible, these things happen ok

i know everyone is going to jump on me and tell me how irresponsible i am because i left my clothes and toiletries in dolvi (dolvi = name of place where i work, can also be used to describe an area lacking in female population..used in a sentence.."I don't want to go there, its a dolvi.)

i had to leave wednesday evening cuz i had some work to be completed in Bombay..ok ok..Navi Mumbai..so i come down for breakfast (like always, i'm the first one), leave my bag at the reception and go into the dining hall. After one and a half hours, when we reach the plant, i realize i've forgotten my bag at the guesthouse...now i can't go back to the guesthouse cause i had work to be completed and plus the guesthouse is really far and we have to be very careful of our expenses. So i decide to leave for bbay without my bag. Only when i reach bombay do i realise that my house keys and cupboard keys are in my bag..so basically i didn't have clothes to wear to office and to top it off i reach bbay at the time when all the shops have closed..so unfortunately i had to wear the same clothes to office the next day..luckily its friday today and one of my t-shirts, trousers and chaddi just came back from the wash..phew..

anyways my colleagues are returning today and are bringing my bag back with them...can't wait to meet my toothbrush again

the birth of this blog was inspired by numerous friends who appear to be veteran bloggers by now...also they are "friends" who never intimated me of their presence in cyberworld. So how did i find out that these people were on the blog train...well it all started some 3-4 weeks ago when i had no work, a 100 mbps internet connection and no msn access. Random searches of any person whom i had come across in the last 21 years of existence filled the search field of google..(google's great, isn;t it?)...so anyways, since this seems a good outlet for venting out emotions i too have claimed my presence in this impersonal cyberspace diary...type thing???
